初三宾语从句句子成分分析。

句子成分？不用Copy，其他百度知道的回答我全部看过。很多答法，求正解！
我自己分析，where作连接副词，宾语从句原本是is there a good place to eat一般疑问句顺叙而来。但总觉得这句话很奇怪，为了表达＂在哪里＂的意思，而不用whether/if吗？是不是chinglish了啊?把there拿掉不就好了，where作pron.

这句话我觉得语法不对， there is a good place to eat 是一个完整的句子，并为陈述句的宾语从句，应该不是用where做连接词的。that还说的过去，that引导陈述句的宾语从句，且可以省略。whether/if引导“是否”的一般疑问句，在此句中是不可以用的。所以这个句子是不对的。
