Smoking is not a good habit, yet many people still smoke. Most of these people are men. Smoking is very harmful to the health of the smoker and to others. The smoke will damage the lungs, resulting in coughing or even cancer. Every year, many people die from cancer caused by smoking or second-hand smoke. Therefore no matter how good it feels to smoke, one should always quit.
Quitting is not a easy process, using only one method is not effective. Apart from publicizing the health problems caused by smoking, the family of the smoker must provide stronger supervision of the smoker. The average person should also consciously stop others from smoking in public places. Only then, quitting can be made relatively effective.
