答案的确是d!
to 如果作为动词不定时后面是不可以加过去式的，只能加动词原形，而这里的to是跟在固定搭配“pay attention to”里的，并不作为不定式。to和came分开看，to是规定跟在attention后面，而came就是谓语啦。
