做粉蒸肉的肉不用焯水。
粉蒸肉的做法:
用料: 五花肉750克 甜面酱70克 盐3克 糖25克 生抽20克 老抽10克 姜片 蒸肉米粉适量 料酒5克
1、五花肉洗净,切厚片,不要切太薄,不好切的可以放冰箱冷冻半小时再切。

2、把切好的肉片放在一个大容器里,加入料酒,糖,盐,生抽,老抽,甜面酱,姜片,用手抓匀,入味。

3、再加入蒸肉米粉拌匀,加约30克左右的水,搅拌均匀。

4、拌匀后,肉皮朝下一片挨一片整齐的码放在碗里,不要放的太松,扣出来会散。

5、肉的份量多所以用两个小碗分开装,冷水放入大火蒸至水开,换中火20分钟,转小火蒸了一个小时。

6、出锅用一个盘子扣在碗上倒扣过来撒葱花装饰。就可以食用了。
