I have a healthy diet now: I did not eat vegetables and fruits very often before, that is not a good habit. But now, I eat them much everyday. As for the body fitting, I exercise three to four times everyweek.And I think that I am getting a stronger body now! Moverover, I get up early and, in the meantime, go to bed early, so I can sleep well everyday. And I even got into the habit of keeping reading now. What a healthy habit I have got!
