Today, I would like to make a brief introduction about a film called "You and Me", which was filmized from/ adapted from an animation originally made by "日文名字". The film is about an American shorthaired leopard cat called "银王号" and a young man dreaming to be a cartoonist. This moving storey started with their encounter and ended as the cat died.
补充，真人电影live-action大可不必翻译。film或者movie就包含了真人电影的意思。与之区别的动画啊，动画电影啊都被成为cartoon。漫画家的翻译我看了下其他回答，都是cartoonist，其实cartoonist一般说的是动画制作的画师，楼主想要表达的应该是像海贼王作者尾田那样的日本漫画家吧，可惜的是我还没找到准确的词，不过cartoonist意思夜表达出来了。died可以改passed away。其他暂时木有什么了。。
