小贴士
1、如果不用豆瓣酱炒,一定要用酱油给粉条上色
2、干炒粉丝是用水炒的,只需要少量的油把肉末(虾仁)姜蒜煸香
3、保持小火,锅底的锅巴不影响成菜,但是炒制过程中不要去试图弄掉。
4、粉丝不要泡久,稍微有点回软即可
