Firstly, good friends should know you more and care for you very much;
Secondly, good friends should give you more advice to you, those advice may be about study, or life, or work, and so on;
Thirdly, good friends should have rich life experience which can help you to widen your eyes;
Fourth, good friends can have some common interests with you.
Fifth, good friends have a broad mind to forgive you when you make some mistakes.
