Recently, more and more young people don’t have life styles of good health. So them body have more and more problems. I think life styles of health that major three points which is rests, eatings and exercises.First and foremost, sleepy is very important, but now people sleep more late. I suggest sleepy time not least 8 hours. In addition, diet is other important question, people like to eat junk food, but I suggestion we should more eat vegetables and fruits. Last but not least, exercises don’t least 3 times every week and each time don’t least 30 minutes. In the end, I hope everyone have a healthy life styles and a good life.
