不知你是感谢谁，如果是感谢主治医生或者医院，可以参考一个可能版本如下
Dear doctor
I am writing this letter to express my heartfelt thanks to you for your kind care and treatment when i was in hospital
I remember when i was ill in bed , i was so worried about my condition. but your professional advice relieve my worries ,the nurses on duty take care of me with great patience and tenderness, it is really kind of you all,
no i have got a quick recovery. i feel great,
thank you again for your professional service and kind ness
