This course is directed at the application and use of scientific methods concerning the production process of materials in society. This includes planning, organizing, directing, adjusting, controlling and monitoring sections which aim at maximizing the production process for the most desirable output.
仓储管理 - Warehouse Management
Warehouse management is process of utilizing and managing the locations or containers where the goods are placed. On a simpler level, this type of management determines the best locations where the goods should be stored.
采购管理 - Procurement Management
This consists of many processes such as planning, purchasing, selling, goods reconciling, and store check. A procurement manager must monitor the activities during the logistics process and conduct proper management accordingly.
