哈喽各位小伙伴啊!!我今天去喝了豆花奶茶觉得好好喝,于是乎我冒出了一个不成熟的想法,自己做豆花怎么样?嘿嘿,宿舍里没有电饭锅我就用了保温桶,结果是杠杠的成功啊!!豆花+炼乳的搭配!绝了一点豆腥味都没有哎,加进奶茶里面还放了焦糖酱,美味不过如此简单,废话少说,上教程!

焦糖豆花珍珠奶茶做法:
1.加入两匀珍珠
2.加入3勺豆花,半勺焦糖酱,半勺炼乳
3.倒入8分满牛奶和适量冰块
4.倒入40ml红茶(也可放咖啡)
5.挤淡奶油淋焦糖酱再撒可可粉/酷脆粉都可
自制豆花:
1.将800ml 豆浆烧开
2.一克内脂用10ml温水化开
3.将豆浆倒入保温桶
4.冲入内脂混合
5.盖上盖子焖30分钟
6.开盖就成了
