Instead of the standard GB / T 4789.2-2008 Microbiological examination of food hygiene colonies determined.
This standard specifies the total number of colonies (Aerobic plate count) method for measuring foods. This standard applies to the determination of the total number of colonies food.
Compared with the standard GB / T 4789.2-2008, major changes are as follows:
- Modify the standard name in English;
