    payment: 30% of the total payment should be paid to our account xx days after the contract has been signed. and the pending 70% of the total payment should be paid xx days before delivery.

    付款：30%的预付款须在合同签订以后XX天内付之我司账户。余款70%需要在发货前xx天内付至我司。

    PS: 一般的合同中的付款条款应该规定时间， 所以加上去了，仅供参考

    30% by T/T in advance,70% by T/T before delivery.
