Tom是个学生吗？是的，他在那所学校学习。英语翻译/是不是Yes,he is sudies that school.还是Yes,he is in that school(后半句）

可以说He studies in that school（一般现在时），或He is studying in that school（现在进行时）,但不能说Yes,he is sudies that school，be动词后面不能加动词的第三人称单数形式。
shoes是一双鞋，但它是复数形式，所以后面谓语动词不加s；dress是单数形式，所以加s。talk是谈话，说，会话的意思，主要有几个词组：talk about：谈论什么，talk with:与某人谈论，talk to对某人说。speak也是说，只不过后面常加某国语言，如speak French,speak English等。speaking是动名词，也有形容词的词性：能说的，讲某种语言的。
the color of something是用来说一个东西的颜色的，是固定搭配，用“of”通常表示“归属，的”的意思。
感觉用“in blue”和“in the blue”差不了多少，加个the就是特指，都可以吧。
