My name is Li Hua. I bought a woolen sweater in your shop the other day. I took it back home and decided to have it washed before I put them on. I read the washing instruction and washed the sweater accordingly in could water. But to my surprise, the sweater lost its shape and I could hardly recognize that it is the one I bought in your shop. I think there could be a qualification problem and I would like to return it or you could give me another one.
