My hometown is located in Meishan Village, commonly known as MeiZai Pit. The majority of the villagers are engaged in agriculture, with the most well-known agricultural products including high mountain tea, wax apple, citrus, betel nut, and more.
One of the major attractions in Meishan is the plum blossom park, which draws numerous visitors. The distinctive feature of Meishan township is the 36 Bay (Cloud) scenic area, which is not only a place for relaxation and leisure activities but also a favorite challenge for cyclists. From the mountain top, one can enjoy an overlook of the town, taking in the beautiful view at a glance.
The downtown streets feature architecture from the Qing Dynasty's Qianlong and Jiaqing years. The Jade Palace, enshrining the Arctic Xuan De God, is the center of belief for most residents nearby. During the fragrant march period, the entire province of believers floods in to pay homage, also boosting the local tourism culture.
This is my school – Meishan Primary School. The school, with a history of a hundred years, has developed many social elites. The green campus creates an environment where students can learn comfortably and happily.
Meishan township is rich in cultural resources, brimming with the milk of human kindness. It is hoped that in the future, more industries and culture can be integrated to vitalize this simple, vigorous, and beautiful place.
