二、芹菜摘洗干净,切段,锅中水开后焯水3分钟;

三、猪肉馅先分次加入清水搅打至肉馅吸收水分,再加入芹菜末,葱末,花椒粉,鸡粉,生抽,蚝油,盐和植物油。

四、面粉加入适量清水揉成面团,醒20分钟。
五、准备擀饺子皮的时候再把肉馅和加入的芹菜搅打上劲。

六、面团分成若干小剂子,分别擀成饺子皮,中间放上肉馅包成饺子。

七、锅中烧水,水开后下入饺子,点水三次后煮熟即可。
