2、把韭菜切成末,鸡蛋散开炒凉,把虾皮放进锅里,用炒鸡蛋的剩馀油调成小火炒到脆脆。 把切好的韭菜,鸡蛋,虾皮一起放进容器里。

2、加入5克食盐、少许五香粉。放入两勺食用油拌匀即成馅料。

4、大煎饼从中间一切两半,取一半铺平在面板上,在一头放入适量馅料。

5、三个边折起,继续往前折,直至完全包好。

6、所有的煎饼依次包好后放入刷了层食用油的电饼铛(电饼铛不要太热)煎至两面金黄取出。
