配料:葱、姜、八角、香叶、桂皮、花椒、老抽、生抽、甜面酱、黄豆酱、盐、白糖、胡椒粉、料酒、蜂蜜。
制作方法:
1、把鸡的内脏处理干净,撒半碗面粉,用力揉搓。
2、把鸡身上的面粉和杂质一起冲洗干净。
3、把鸡控干水分,加入3勺料酒,3勺生抽,2勺老抽,1勺盐,2勺甜面酱,2勺黄豆酱,1勺糖和1勺胡椒粉,用手揉搓,把调料均匀涂抹在鸡身上。
4、让葱姜丝、八角、香叶、桂皮等香料和料汁均匀涂抹鸡的全身。
5、把盆里多余的葱姜等香料塞进鸡肚子,保鲜袋密封,放冰箱冷藏腌制过夜。
6、在高压锅下面垫上洋葱,然后把腌好的鸡和料汁一起倒入锅中,盖上锅盖焖30分钟。
