Children should take after-school classes. It is proven that students who take after school classes tends to have better grades in school. There is no form of education that is timeless. Education is not timeless. For if you were to learn something ten years ago, then there is a great chance that a new and more efficient form of whatever you had been taught, has been developed.
People should be constantly educated, as if they were not to be, the working class of people could easily be outdated in the 10 year time span, that a newer and more efficient strategy that they are practicing in their occupation, is being implemented.
Time is needed for other things.
