好象是李阳疯狂英语里一篇文章里的一句话. 听说读写 都要练习 单词要多记些 听－你得知道人家说的是什么 别人家问＂吃了么？＂你回答＂喝了＂就可以说－英语是语言，是用来交流的，所以要开口说，多练读－为了练语调语感 写－写才能有提高，才能记住总之，可以说没什么捷径 要么感兴趣 要么基础好要么老师硬逼出来．．． 多做些练习题吧 有好处的 希望令你满意！
也要掌握一些方法：听力：听的过程中注意录音材料中出现的时间、地点、人物、数量及大体意思，做题或考试时题拿过来先看答案选项，有的可以用归类或排除法分析，将关键部分用铅笔先划上以便听录音时迅速搜索答案. 语法和词汇：词汇是需要你多记多背的，而且需要不时的巩固.单词＼词组熟悉掌握的基础上，带着词到文章中阅读，既可对词汇加深印象，有能锻炼分析句子意思＼语法能力. 语法要从简单句到符合句按循序渐进的步骤领会. 作文：字迹工整，段落清晰，前后呼应，适当用些符合句提高写作水平，多看些中英文文章以积累素材. 阅读：也是从答案选项出发，到对应的段落中寻找关键句，有时也需要对文章大体意思有个了解. 朗读：按正确的语音语调练习，读课外文章时先选择自己水平以内的读，遇到生词先猜一下，整篇文章读过之后回过来查字典，做记录.

If you are a teenage boy, and you want to succeed in life, you'd better read this great book. "From Boys to Men" by an American writer, Michael Gurian , tells teenage boys that they are living through the best years of their lives. There is no reason for them not to love life. You may think that only your body is growing at the moment. But the book says your mind is growing, too. The book tells teenage boys that they need to help their bodies and minds grow. To do this, they should stop spending their time playing computer games and should start playing sports. Sports, the book says, keep you healthy and teach you important life skills. They teach you how to be a leader and how to work as part of a team. The book also tells boys how to love life if they're being bullied (被欺负). It says boys have to stop being scared (害怕的) of such bullies. It is the only way they can become more successful people. To become the man you want to be, you have to think for yourself and believe in yourself. But, most importantly, the book says, you must always dream of success. Never be happy with what you've got, and always want more.
