was happened 是被动语态了，不可以

用happening 构成过去进行时

Tell me what happened at 10:00 and what you saw. 口语中，what happened? 也是经常用的。你可以不用说 tell me 就是简单地问一下：
What happened at 10:00？ What did you see?
