请问decide to do sth 是决定做什么事 那决定不做做什么事 应该是decide not to do sth 还是don’t（doesn't） decide to do sth
为什么

因为动词不定式的否定形式都是V+not to do
只有think believe少数几个动词才有否定转移，就是否定后面的要移到前面。例如：I think you are right.我认为你对
I don't think you are right.我认为你不对
