倒装句中，名词前有形容词修饰时，as引导的倒装句中是否要保留不定冠词？

有一道题目说：___,he talks a lot about his favourite singers after class. 选择了B.Quiet student as he may be.
但是又有说：倒装句中，名词前有形容词修饰时，as引导的倒装句中要保留不定冠词，例句是：A bad-tempered man as he is,he loves me deeply.
这两个句子有什么区别？为什么一个没有a一个要加a？

在让步状语从句中，如果使用as要用倒装语序，但是不能用冠词。

though he is a bad-tempered man, he loves me deeply

倒装的话是 bad-tempered man as/though he is， he loves me deeply

有个例句：primary school pupil as she is, she can speak English very fluently.
