6、淘米水煮开,放至温热,约50度左右。

小贴士:
整个制作过程不能沾油,要保证罐子的无油干净。如果淘米水不能完全泡过芥菜,可以在罐里放竹筷子打十字压住芥菜。腌制芥菜完全变黄就可以吃了。
