将面粉放到紫薯泥里,并用温水把酵母溶解后放到紫薯面粉里,揉面成面团放置1-2两个小时,等面粉发酵到原来的2倍左右大

小贴士
1、打紫薯泥的时候我用的是料理机,家里没有料理机的 可以把紫薯去皮后放入一个保鲜袋里,用手捏也会很快
2、紫薯营养丰富,做成馒头,颜色漂亮很适合小朋友
