Could you please kindly expect when we can get any news from your clients,if you know?
Is it neccessary to provide you with more details of our products? If yes, please tell me which one?
Should you have any questions, please feel free to let us know.

解析：1.回复邮件不可以太长，也不可以太短。
2.不可以只是等，竞争这么白热化，客户会很快忘记你。
3.要有问题，叫客户记得你有问题，这些问题都是关于他的生意，叫客户记得回复你。
4.写邮件多用us,显得公司有实力，而不是只你一个人，多用被动，万一有问题，也不是你 全部承担责任。
