作一点补充：challenge 后可以带 with。在“金山词霸”2009 牛津版中有以下例句：
He has taken on some exciting new challenges with this job. 他承担了这项工作，接受了一些令人兴奋的新挑战。
从该例句可以看出，他承担了这项工作，就意味着他将迎战这项工作将带来的种令人兴奋的新挑战。所以介词 with 是说明挑战与工作之间的关系，即这些挑战是随同工作而来的。
而 challenge to sb/sth 则是“对某人/某物的挑战”。
