of 与form 的区别是
made of 的意思是用.... 做成的（一边备原物体都有所改变，也就是所原材料是一种东西但是完成品可能从肉眼看不出是用原材料做成的）
made form 的意思也是用曾么做成的（但是完成品可以通过肉眼观测出使用什么原料做出的。一般是行状上的改变）
make with 是由......制成的。
