主料:大米150克、广式腊肠2根。
辅料:鸡蛋1个、蚝油适量、菜心4棵、生抽适量、白糖少许。
1、大米洗净,放入1.3-1.5倍的水浸泡1个小时。

3、砂锅直接加盖开大火煮开,转为小火继续焖煮。

4、用生抽、蚝油、白开水、少许白糖混合均匀调成料汁。

5、砂锅焖煮大约七八分钟,饭的表面看不到水,但是有冒泡泡,这时撒上姜丝,把切好的腊肠铺在饭的表面,打入鸡蛋,再次盖上盖子微火焖五六分钟关火,不要开盖,继续用余温焖制。
