I was WU's direct higher authority when he was working in D.It has been **years since we knew each other because of work.WU left D in the end of March , 2007.
There is an example to testify the above viewpoints.In October , 2005,I was preparing a bad assets item.It's a big item which involved bad assets spread in 16 provinces.In order to decide our investment,we needed to do responsible research of the the assets of 16 provinces .Consequently,we distributed different provinces to different people to take charge of,a Vice President was distributed to preside over two provinces,and WU should support him as an Analyst.But the Vice President had some items else to take charge of,as a result,WU had to finish most of the work.As a fresh Analyst who had only joined D for half a year,WU had to finish all the Due Diligence and valuation in a short time,he was facing quite big difficulties and challenges.
Nevertheless,WU orgnized a lawyer team to finish commercial and legal due diligence efficiently,besides,he found a good real estate assessment company locally,thus he finished the real estate assessment of the bad assets item.In order to finish the task smoothly,WU worked very hard during these time,and with his good ability of solving problems and communicating ,he managed the whole process successfully and finish all his work on time,he contributed so much to the item's sucess.
WU appeared to be more mature and staider at work among all the Analysts .I could feel relieved when interacting with the clients with him,never worried if he would mess up the affairs.On the contrary,the other Analysts needed more cultivation and exercise.
When first joined D,like other Analysts,WU did not know much about investment.However, he had outstanding study ability, and worked quite hard, half a year later, he became a significant member of the group ,he was capable of making perfect financial model and business analysis, and also capable of leading the third consultants group to accomplish the responsible research.
WU is easy to get along with,he has strong teamwork spirit.Actually,as a member of the team,WU cooperated with other members tightly and delightly,he was capable to finish the job under big pressure,he accomplished many deals successfully.
Hoping to finish an item quickly,WU devoted much energy to lend an impetus to the progress of the item.Nevertheless,because of expecting quick results,sometimes WU would overlook some details. It would be better to improve in this aspect for him.I ever proposed him some constuctive criticism about this,and he accepted that modestly,then made great improvement in the later work.Actually,WU is a nice man,I think he did good in accepting the constructive criticism.
