双网卡内网外网同IP网关段如何设定能同时使用.

单位的电脑,双网卡,一张内网IP为192.168.0.21,网关为192.168.0.1. 一张外网,是连接移动光纤宽带,自动获取IP设定,连接上后IP为192.168.0.42,网关为192.168.0.1,当两块网卡都连接上后却只能访问外网,请教如何设定能让两网卡同时使用.
以前使用电信宽带时IP为192.168.1.25,网关为192.168.1.1,这两块网卡都能正常使用.
共享也不能同时使用.我的路由表如下:

两个网关是无法改变,因为都是固定的,不知道有没什么命令进行更改.

必须更改内网的IP地址段，内外网不能使用同一IP段，比如内部设为172.16.1.0/24，同时内网网卡不设默认网关。

WindowsXP的话，右击你那块外网网卡，选项共享。内网就可以上网了。
