e.g. -Would you pass that bottle to me?-All right!
That's all right 没事的，还行（表示原谅）
e.g. -I'm sorry that I broke your glass.-That's all right
That's right 是的，没错（表示判断）
e.g. -Did you stay with the Smiths last night-That's right
That's ok/It's ok(是没关系)常常用于回答别人的道歉,如别人在某件事情上向你道歉:I'm sorry~!你回答:That's ok!

that's all right 用来回答sorry,意为没关系
that's ok ,it's ok 意为没事,好的，可以，和all right可以通用，没什么大分别，都是口语用语
