本文主要是针对时下语文教学中存在的问题，引出“有效教学”理念，对传统的“高耗低效”语文教学进行审视和反思，进而提出在实施新课程背景下改进语文课堂教学的有效性教学理念与策略。
For topical problems of language teaching, this article introduces "effective teaching" concept, examines and reflects on the traditional "high consumption and low efficiency" language teaching,and then raises philosophy and strategy of effective teaching to improve the classroom language teaching in the context of implementing the new curriculum.
