财务风险，指企业理财活动风险的集中体现。随着经济的发展, 中小企业逐渐成为国民经济发展的重要支撑力量之一，但在严峻的市场竞争中，中小企业由于自身的问题使其在和大公司的经济较量中很难处于优势地位。本文依据财务管理和风险理论，简单分析了扬州市邗江同州工艺品厂的财务状况，发现了该厂所面临的财务风险问题，并对风险成因进行初略的分析，针对成因提出应对措施以对财务风险进行有效防范，从而使同州工艺品厂能够平稳持续健康地发展。
