一般 too多用于口语中，语气较轻，通常用于肯定句或疑问句，一般不用于否定句，且通常放在句末。如；Are they coming too [as well]? 他们也来吗?
而either(也)通常只用于否定句，且要放在句末。如：
I don’t know, either. 我也不知道.
He hasn’t finished it, either. 他也还没有做完

都有也的意思。但是too一般放句尾，可修饰副词和形容词，也有非常，太，过度等意思，比如too much ,too many，too....to(太。。。而不能。。）
either一般放句中，表示两者中任何一个。either or(要么。。。要么。。。）
I think so too.
Either he could not come or he did not want to .

too表示肯定的也，either 表示否定的也
用法：She is a teacherl . He is a teacher,too.
