As we know, food gives us energy. We must have enough food to keep us healthy. If we choose right food, we can have healthy eating habits. We should have different kinds of foods, such as fruit, vegetables, grains , eggs, milk, meat, fish and so on We should do exercise more often, so we can become healthier.
