本文首先对会计电算化的概念，特点以及中小企业的概念，特征，现状进行了介绍；并介绍了中小企业对实施会计电算化的一些影响；然后通过文献查阅，案例分析的方法分析中小企业实施会计电算化存在的问题并根据这些问题找出相应的解决的对策；最后作出：当前中小企业实施会计电算化势在必行，但其存在一定问题，只有完善和解决这一系列问题之后，中小企业电算化才能发挥其作用，才能使企业走得更远，发展得更强这一结论。
