look for强调寻找的过程（也就是找了~但不知道找到没））
而find则是强调寻找的结果 （找了~并且找到了）

eg: I am looking for my bag. 我找我的包
I find my bag 我找到了我的包

I looked it everywhere ,but i can`t find it 我在哪里都找了(找的过程)~就是找不到~（找的结果）

look for& find 有点像 try（尝试~但不一定成功）&manage（尝试了~并且成功了）
