由于我们交期一再延迟,客人抱怨工厂不能控制好生产流程。客人邮件大致如下。
Not sure what to say on this other than this Factory really does not seem to be able to get all the production processes down well even after they have had to process multiple orders already. What I have seen from them I am fairly happy with which at least means they are very good at checking the quality which I will say is very important to me but these delays are very hard to deal with when scheduling on our end....Thank you for the update and please let me know when the first shipment can be ready to be loaded on board the vessel.
想比较诚恳的给客人道歉并告诉他交期。求帮忙翻译,大致内容如:非常抱歉再次延迟交期,【在保证质量的同时也应该保障交期,我们会改进。(这句不知道说不说好)】很感谢您的理解。按照您的意见,我们会在4月27日出货,出货数量如下:

剩余的数量我们会在5月4日出货给你。再次感谢您。

大致意思如上,希望内容能比较恳切,不要简单的sorry for delay之类的,求高手给出更好的表达,非常感谢!

Dear customer

It is our false to delay again although with your understood. And we should think about keeping the quality as same as the on time delivery, which we must improve.
As what you said, we are sure the first shipment will be on board on 27th April, the detial of this shipment as follow:

And the rest we will make ready on board on 4th May.

加上【】里的那句话吧,先表达一下感情也是合理的。而且客人对质量还是很满意的,看上去他只是很无奈,但是还不至于生气。所以,这边只要承诺按照约定的时间出货,对方应该就不会很生气。
