水不要太开,一圈一圈的浇进锅里。或是用较大一点的勺子一勺一勺地放进锅里。试试吧。本回答被网友采纳

等待锅开了以后,用水淀粉勾芡,以后再把搅拌好的鸡蛋,用勺网里泼,用勺慢慢推动,开锅就OK了
