help后面是跟to do或do。\x0d\x0a1、help to do sth.有时候to是省略掉的。\x0d\x0a2、help+doing是与can't一起用的，没有help doing这种用法。\x0d\x0a3、can't help doing sth.忍不住/情不自禁去做某事。\x0d\x0a4、动词后跟动词时一般第二个动词变为动词不定式（to do）或动名词（doing）。\x0d\x0a5、help后跟的是动词不定式。\x0d\x0a6、由于help比较特殊，后面可以跟不带to的动词不定式也可以跟带to的不定式，所以用to do或do都对。
在英文里， help sb. to do sth 和 help sb. doing sth. 都可以用。而且，两者没有任何区别，可以替换使用。比如：This weekend, I will help my mom to clean up the house/..., I will help my mom cleaning up the house.
