我叫XX，毕业于XXXXX旅游英语专业毕业后从事中医养生、美容、化妆、造型设计行业， 本人性格活泼开朗,亲和力强，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队合作精神，讲究职业道德。在美容院担任店长时，除了具备一定的专业知识外，还具有了与顾客良好的沟通和协调的能力，定期组织店内顾客及会员开展促销活动进行感情沟通，运用我所学习的专业知识用心的服务好每一个顾客是我最大的动力。在工作期间我不断的完善自己，获得多个国家劳动部颁发的职业资格证书，并参与多次化妆造型大赛和美容师技能辅导。对于我来说在用心服务的同时也要不段的提高自己的业务知识，才可以更好、更周到的为顾客服务。
这次我选择这个职位除了同样是服务顾客外，我也十分的喜欢这个职位。我想它能充分的体现我的自身价值和丰富知识，我也有信心可以做好这份工作，运用联通的一句服务理念“以客户为中心，用服务促发展”，尽心尽力做到最好。

My name is XX, graduated from XXXXX tourism English specialized graduation engaged in Chinese medicine health care, hairdressing, cosmetics, modelling design industry, oneself character lively and cheerful, strong affinity, bears hardships and stands hard work, has the good team cooperation spirit, pay attention to professional ethics. In beauty parlour as manager, besides having certain professional knowledge outside, still have the customers with good communication and coordination ability, organize regular in-store customer and member promotional activities making emotional communication, using what I learn professional knowledge of intentions serve every customer is my greatest motivator. In the course of work, I have been the perfect themselves, won several national labor department issued by the professional qualification certificate, and participate in multiple makeup modelling contest and a beautician skills coaching.
