\Do customers actually come and ask you for advice?
Yes, they do. Often they HEAR a piece of music from the advert or the television. They don’t know it and they want to buy it. So they come and ask if I know it. We get people who come in and whistle, a few notes of something they HAVE heard and, they expect us to know it. So we do spend a lot of time with customers. We do have to be quite customers-oriented本回答被网友采纳

Do customers actually come and ask you for advice?
Yes, they do. Often they hear part of music from the ad or the television. They don’t know the exact song but they want to buy the album. So they come and ask if I know it. We have people who come in and whistle rhythms of songs they've heard and expect us to know what the song is. So we do spend a lot of time with customers. We are quite customers-oriented.
