1如Gap 经过与工程师确认，工厂暂时无法满足。除非改模具。请帮忙于客户协商，请以我们的当时寄的样机为准。
2.我们装配部件的时候，我们有专门的人员负责对每台产品外观进行最终审查，尽量保证产品表明完美无瑕疵。
3.抱歉，这个是产品内部结构问题，不能更换。并且如果更换了涉及到认证更新。
as we've talked about that the factory can not make specific improve or manufacture with respect to every customer, under the circumstance of limited resource, we hope we can negotiate together.
Gap was confirmed with engineer but they can't make it unless the model be modified. please help to negotiate with customer to see if they can refer to the demo machine we had sent to them;
we have got expertise to check the final surface quality for every sample when we were assembling components, in order to make the samples be perfect;
sorry this is the problem of the internal construction of the sample, we can't accept the return, also the exchange would involve qualification updating issue.
