我觉得你以上说的4点在西方的礼仪中也是有的，所以不太适合拿去写作。我出生在国外，而现在因一些原因来中国拜访。对我来说中国比较特别的礼仪是：
当别人给你东西时，你要用双手接收。这其中包括礼物，饮品和食物等（国外都是单手）。
当你和中国人握手时不能太用力，因为在中国这是敌视的表现（在国外热忱的握手是友好的表现，而轻轻的握手反而很失礼仪）
当长辈敬你酒时，你必须喝得比他多（在国外不用一次喝干葡萄酒，但在国内敬酒时常一次喝干）
所以我会这样写：
In behalf of the people in China, let me be among the first to welcome you to our country. I hope you will find living here as enjoyable as you were back home. To ensure you have a pleasant time here, I would like to address some common examples of culture shocks between our culture and yours. （我代表中国人民，首先欢迎您来我们的国家。我希望您在这里居住能和您的国家一样舒适。为了确保在这里你有一个美好的时光，我想提醒您一些我们文化与西方文化的文化代沟。）
A handshake is a great way to greet in China, but an over powering handshake can lead to misunderstanding of an aggression behavior. Therefore, remember to be gentle when it comes to a Chinese handshake. （握手在中国是一个很好的打招呼方式，但一个过力的握手可能会导致误解为有攻击性的行为。所以，记得在握手时要轻一点。）
