so“（因此）我十分抱歉”说不通
and 并联，不能用句首吧，要A and B
or 或者，也要A or B

so是因此的意思，很明显说不通；and是并列连词，无并列成分，也错；or有或许和‘和’的意思，也不行。这里表转折，故用but

i think B is the correct answer.some of the other guys think "but" is a correct answer but i think there is no meaning change between 1st half sentence and 2nd half sentence.if he say:i'm glad to go...we can use "but i can't".so i think the 2 half sentence should be in parellel
or you can use "because".
