近年来我国乙肝的发病率一直高居前列。乙型肝炎给患者、家庭、社会造成沉重的经济负担，同时也引发一系列社会问题，是我国现阶段最为突出的公共卫生问题之一。乙肝患者因受到疾病、环境、社会、经济等多方面因素的影响，经常出现焦虑恐惧 、紧张多疑、悲观消极、自卑抑郁等心理问题。本研究通过对乙肝患者的心理特征进行分析，对乙肝患者心理问题的原因和处理方法进行初步探讨，认为应在日常护理工作中建立良好的护患信任关系、积极进行心理疏导、帮助患者摆脱被歧视的心理、保持良好的心态、提高患者及全社会的认知水平，是帮助患者树立自信心，重新找到自我价值、获得良好的治疗效果。
