英语语法，结构分析

WIth the questionnaire,rather than limiting it to one specific point, i wanted to include as much variety as possible.
这句话里rather than做连词为什么后面跟的不是完整句子？如果省略了部分那省略了什么？为什么用limiting不是其他非谓语形式？

rather than 意为 “而非,而不是” 。是个万能插入语。具体语法点你可以去找些语法书看。

判断插入语的标志：双逗号，双破折号。（一般都是这样子的）

as ... as possible 意为 “尽可能...” , 如 :as soon as possible 意为“尽快”可简写为ASAP;

as much/many as possible 意为“尽可能的多”

是复数.但是他是作为食品.代表的是种类，代表种类科目时，有些名词以复数形式出现，但是表达的还是单数的意思，如Maths..代表数学这一科目.而并不是数学，明白了么，谢谢你的分了
